RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased are final sale, and we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues, as we provide detailed sizing charts for our products.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

Please email urielapparel.info@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @uriel.apparel with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the issue.

The item(s) must be unharmed, unworn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Item(s) must be in the original packaging, with tags still attached.

If item(s) do not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned item(s).

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
